Oceanarium & cementery

Wow, I haven't write for so long. All because I haven't got time, proper mood or something like that ^.^

Some time ago I was with my nephew & my mum in oceanarium :) It ought to have been a nice trip for my 4 year old nephew, but he was running all over the place so I don’t know if he liked it _-_ He was looking so fast at all those interesting fishes that I couldn't keep up with him. Taking pictures was very hard because he was calling me to come and see something ^ ^” What could I do? I must have gone and see what he wanted to show me. It was very tiring day… But I love my nephew despite he’s veeery tiring kid ;P

On Wednesday I have a strange mood… I went on cementery. Maybe it’s weird but I like cementary. Feel there very calm. Always makes me think that I have only one life so should make good use of it :) We all are the same when it comes to death – we all die someday. Hope that everyone will die in their old ages...

But don't think that every grave in Poland looks like this. Those are very old. The new one also can be beautiful & big but expensive as well - not everyone can afford it.

Crazy weekend!!!

What a weekend it was! I slept only 3 hours each night because I was having so much fun!
But the beginning wasn't very nice. My friend was dumped by her boyfriend :( He's a strange guy... I was talking with him before he decided to leave her. He wasn't happy but was afraid to tell her that. I'm wondering did I by accident encourage him to be sincere. That isn't a bad thing, in my opinion it's a base of good relationship. I'm only curious - if I haven't spoken with him, would he leave her (so fast ^ ^)?

As you can guess my friend wasn't very happy because of this split-up. She has cried but not that much I was expecting :P I talked with her a lot, listened a lot and decided to make her mind busy, so she can't think about this sad thing.

On Friday night we've gone to BanitaBar, drunk a few drinks which makes us in good mood ;) It was even better when some guy asked if he can buy us another drinks. But I impulsively refused (agrrr, stupid me :P). Later we've had (me&my friend) a lot laugh because of it. We've decided that next time she'll be talking and I'll be just listening and smiling ;D

We were in such a good mood and decided for more fun! We've gone to UfoBar. In the meantime met our 2 friends and gone there together. Inside we met another friends of ours! We were drinking, singing and having good time. Around 12 most of ours friends decided to go home. But 3 of us haven't got enough! :D We drank a little more, walked, talked, took nice pictures... :) Wow, I haven't got so much fun with my old friends for a long. What a surprise it was to me :D

On Saturday my friend Kamil invited me on a party in his house. Lately he bought it and for a good start he was doing a party (clever! ;). I took Ala with me and we've gone for next night out.
Party was so nice. His new house isn't very big but it's his own and that's the most important :) The place was packed with people when we've got there and new were still coming. Mostly we were drinking and talking because people was so funny - we liked them from the very beginning!

But me and Ala weren't staying there for all night. With last train we got to Warsaw and there gone to MonoBar and then ZOO. But we've had such a bad luck! In both places music wasn't for us, we didn't like it, can't have good dance to it ;) Oh, and of course both places were so packed that it was hard to dance even if you liked the music ^ ^

We decided to go for a short walk. Streets was fool with people in good mood, going to different places to have fun. We've gone to GingerBar for early breakfast (it was around 3:30 am ^_^)
We've got to our town with first train in the morning. I was so exhausted. Because I was drinking wodka with energy drinks, later I couldn't sleep. After 3 hours of sleeping I couldn't sleep any longer ^ ^
That's ok... I'll get enough sleep later ;P

Yesterday I saw my old love. It was a guy who I liked when was in high school. But we didn't know each other, it was my secretly love ;)
What is strange I think he's still very handsome. Mmm... I would like to know him now. I'm very curious what kind of person he is... Did I say already that he's sooo handsome? xD


Kamil didn't have fridge yet so all alcohol was in cold water in bath ^ ^

I discovered new store with asian food! It's called Asia Market. 
Well there isn't much food, but a lot of tabelware which was beautiful. Of course I'll buy some :D But for now I've bought korean sake ^ ^ Didn't drink it yet. Hope it's tasty ;)
There was Korean guy who was watching korean drama xD I was so jealous coz I would like to watch it too ^ ^

Aid centre

On Wednesday I was in aid centre I've wrote about before. It wasn't that bad ^ ^ Everybody was very kind for me. I've a good talk with psychologist that lead the group I was going to meet with. I've found out a little how aid centre works, what women should/must do there. It's pretty interesting.

On the group when I had to talk about the research I would like them to do, it was hard for me in some strange way. I was calm and nice of course. I felt good. But when I had to talk my mind went blank. I didn't know where to start and what to say 
first. 
I've had only difficult words in my head when I supposed to speak simple. I think I was talking a little incoherently ^ ^"
But maybe it's just me. I'm almost never satisfied with what I've done when it comes to speak to other people.
If there will be second time when I'll have to speak like that it'll be easier for me :) First time is always hard ;)

Easter Monday

Yesterday was Lany Poniedziełek or Śmigus Dyngus in Poland. I don't know how to translate it into English - Dousing Monday? Hehe ^ ^ Well, it's old tradition in Poland. On that very special Monday boys should douse girls with water ^ ^ If young woman was dousing with water that means she won't be an old maid.

It's pretty fun runnig with bottle of water and dousing each other :D When the weather is good boys runs with bucket of water o_O It isn't that fun when somebody douse you with a bucket of water when you're going somewhere. But that's our tradition :)

Unfortunately yesterday weather was so bad (because of... snow!), that I haven't seen anybody running with water :( But I have a lot of fun with my nephew. We were dousing each other in home and he could do this all day xP He didn't want to stop ^ ^

As I said before I've planned to cook a lot. And I have :)

"Żurek". I've cooked it. Usually you don't eat this with bread but I've felt like eating bread ^ ^


"Rzeżucha". My mum always sow it on Easter. It's tasty and looks good :)

2 eggs I've coloured with crayons ^ ^ Another 2 was boiled with onion peel that's why they're so brown/red (?) 


Blessed food eaten for Easter Sunday breakfast - in Polish "święconka". In ours święconka there was:
4 eggs, sausage, a piece of bread, salt&pepper, sugar lamb, 2 piece of cake.
Can't wait to eat it ^.^ It's just a simple food, but on Easter Sunday it tastes sooo good :)

so the food won't be so dried.

It's nice that she gave it to me. Aren't they beautiful? When I look at it spring comes to my mind :)

Use this free time to have a break from busy everyday life. Spend some time with your family, be happy and rest as much as you can ;] And eat a lot of tasty things xD

Scared ^ ^

I'm helping my thesis supervisor in her research. My job is to go to different aid centre to test women who were a victim of violence. I'm asking them to fill a questionaire for me.

Till now I was leaving questionaires in that kind of centre and I was picking it up later, when women has fill it. I haven't got contact with those women.
But on next Wednesday I'm going to meet with beaten women. I'll talk about the research to convince them to help me (and my supervisor ;) and fill the questionaires.

When I was offering my help to do this research I've known what it'll looks like. But now when I'll really talk with those women I'm a little bit scared. I'm wondering how it's gonna be...
On next Wednesday I should be calm and friendly, talk concrete. I can't frighten them with this research. I must encourage them with a smile. 
Life has tried those women sorely.
I think I'm afraid to meet them because I don't want to hurt them by inappropriate talk _-_
I'm really excited about it... Excited in a good and bad way ^ ^

Easter is coming :) I'm planning to cook a lot :) My mum laughs that I won't handle this coz I have so much to do. But I'll handle it :) I'll cook a lot of tasty things :D Can't wait to cook and take pictures of it ;)


It' snowing in Poland (hm, maybe I'll say - near Warsaw ^ ^) for 2 days now. That is strange... I like snow but it's not the time for it. And it's melting because of high temperature.


Snow looks nice on everything :)
